Playtopiazones TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between You and Us. They govern your access to and use of our Games, Platform, and Website on any device (web, mobile, tablet, or otherwise).

PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLAUSE THAT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION FOR PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE ALLOTTED PERIOD. SEE CLAUSE 18 FOR DETAILS.

Read these Terms and Conditions in full before ticking the acceptance box. By checking the box during registration, or by accessing the Platform or any Game, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate, and must be read together with, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, and any game- or promotion-specific rules that apply to your participation. If you disagree with any part of the Terms or linked policies, do not install, access, or use the Platform or any Game.

THE WEBSITE, PLATFORM, AND/OR GAMES DO NOT PROVIDE REAL-MONEY GAMBLING OF ANY KIND. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, players located in permitted jurisdictions may access the Games and make purchases.

DEFINITIONS

• Collective Action: any claim pursued as part of a class, group, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding, in arbitration or in court.
• Content: all materials within the Games and Platform, including text, graphics, user and visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other assets.
• Customer Account: an account owned by a Registered Customer.
• Fraudulent Conduct: has the meaning given in clause 7.
• Game(s): any Gam Coins Game(s) available on the Platform. We may add or remove Games at our sole discretion.
• Inactive Account: a Customer Account with no log-in or log-out activity for more than 60 days.
• Participate: playing any Games or using the Platform in any way, including activities listed in clause 2.
• Payment Administration Agent: any related company, affiliate, or third party appointed by us to act as our agent.
• Platform: any URL or mobile app owned by or licensed to playtopiazones, including the website at https://www.playtopiazones.com, together with all subdomains, subpages, successor sites, and all Games, features, tools, and services available thereon.
• Player or You/you/Your/your: any person who Participates, whether registered or not.
• Registered Customer: a Player who has successfully created a Customer Account, whether active or inactive.
• Service: the provision and availability of the Website and Games that enable participation.
• Terms and Conditions or T&C's: this document, as updated from time to time.
• Third Party Websites: any website not controlled by us.
• Gam Coins: the virtual social gaming currency used to play playtopiazones Games. Gam Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes (note: Gam Coins may currently be unavailable for purchase).
• Gam Coins Games: any game played using Gam Coins. We may grant Gam Coins at sign-up and at intervals upon login. You may win additional Gam Coins during play and may purchase more on the Platform. Gam Coins Games are social only; outcomes cannot be redeemed for prizes or cash.
• Website: https://playtopiazones.com, any related sites we operate, and all subdomains, subpages, and successor sites.

1. YOUR PARTICIPATION

Restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to participate in the Games offered on the Platform;
• You participate strictly in a personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only;
• You act solely on your own behalf and not for any third party;
• All information you provide during the term of these Terms is true, complete, and accurate, and you will promptly notify Us of any changes;
• Any funds you use to obtain Gam Coins are lawful and do not derive from illegal activity;
• You will not engage in fraudulent, collusive, fixed, or otherwise unlawful conduct in connection with any Game, and you will not use bots, scripts, software-assisted methods, or hardware devices to participate. We may invalidate participation if such behavior is detected; and
• For any purchase of Gam Coins, you will use only a valid payment method (or credit card, where applicable) lawfully belonging to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Participation is lawful in your location. Any attempt to bypass restrictions—such as using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking tool; providing false or misleading residence information; or Participating through/for a third party in a prohibited jurisdiction—breaches these Terms and may constitute fraud and lead to criminal prosecution.

Eligible Players

Employees of playtopiazones, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or holding companies, advertising agencies, or any entity/individual involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Games—and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children by birth, marriage, or adoption) and household members (individuals sharing the same residence at least six months per year)—are not eligible to Participate.

Acceptance

By accepting these Terms, you agree that your Participation is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. You will have no claims against playtopiazones, its subsidiaries, partners, directors, officers, or employees for any losses you incur.

2. LICENSE

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, playtopiazones grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform (including Gam Coins) via a supported web browser or mobile device solely for your private entertainment. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the Platform or Content. If you do not agree with, or act in contravention of, these Terms, your license to use the Platform (including the Games and Content) may be terminated immediately. If the Platform or any Game is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are not licensed to access it and must refrain from doing so.

3. YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Single Account

You may hold only one Customer Account on the Platform, including any Inactive Accounts. If you attempt to open more than one, any and all accounts may be cancelled or suspended, and the consequences in clause 15.3 may apply. Notify us immediately if you discover you have more than one registered Customer Account, whether active or not. We are legally required to store your full name, date of birth, and residential address.

Accuracy

Keep your registration details current. If your address, email, phone, or other personal/contact data changes, contact Customer Support at [email protected] to update your details. The name provided at registration must match your government-issued ID. Changes may require resubmission of identification for verification. Any deliberate misstatement or failure to provide accurate residence information will result in account closure.

Security and Responsibility of Your Customer Account

During registration, you will choose a password to access the Platform. You consent to AgeChecker collecting your data upon sign-up in accordance with its privacy policy. You are solely responsible for securing your login credentials and payment methods and ensuring they are accessible only by you. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use or activity on your account, including by a minor (strictly prohibited). Do not share your account or password, allow others to use your account, or take any action that could compromise its security.

If you become aware of, or suspect, a compromise of your Customer Account (including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or details), notify us immediately. You are responsible for all activity and purchases made through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Account Transfers

You may not transfer Gam Coins between Customer Accounts, transfer from your account to other players, receive Gam Coins from other accounts, or transfer, sell, and/or acquire Customer Accounts. Gam Coins may be used only within the Platform; they have no real-world value and may not be sold, traded, or used outside the Platform. We are the sole owners of all Gam Coins.

Inactive Customer Accounts

We may deactivate any Customer Account deemed Inactive. If no transactions are recorded for 60 consecutive days, we may reset any Gam Coins balance to zero without refund of prior purchases.

Closing of Customer Accounts

You may close your Customer Account at any time by selecting the "Contact Us" link on the Platform and submitting a closure request. Closing your account forfeits continued access to, and the right to use or benefit from, any Gam Coins.

Discretion to Refuse or Close Accounts

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to open a Customer Account or to close any existing Customer Account.
